US Passport Photo Requirements (DIY Guide)
Don't pay $15 at CVS. Take your own passport photo and crop it correctly.

The Dimensions
The photo must be exactly **2x2 inches** (600x600 pixels at 300 DPI).

Head Size
Your head must be between 1 and 1 3/8 inches (25-35mm) from the bottom of the chin to the top of the head.

No Glasses
As of 2016, you cannot wear glasses in US passport photos. Remove them to avoid rejection.
