Fix Steam "File Corrupt" Avatar Error
Steam says your shiny new avatar is corrupt? It is probably just the wrong header.

The 184px Rule
Steam officially uses **184x184 pixels** for avatars. If you upload a massive 4K image, the scaler often fails.

Format Stripping
Steam prefers simple **JPG** or **PNG**. It often errors out on progressive JPGs or interlaced PNGs. Save as 'Baseline' (Standard).

File Size
Keep it under 1024KB. There is no need for a 5MB avatar.
